The ISGE Membership can be obtained with the congress registration only for those who register personally through the website and pay their registration fee using personal funds. The membership is complimentary and can’t therefore be considered as an additional economic value to the congress registration fee.

Group Registrations

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less €25 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat in writing before 29 March 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 29 March 2024.
Whether the congress should be moved to an online-only solution after  29 March 2024  no reimbursement will be issued. All refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.
